Nut-free Pumpkin Seed Macaron

Nut free Macarons, I would def recommend pumpkin seed instead of sunflower seed as the sunflower tastes too strong that overpowering the other tastes (can’t taste much of chai masala flavor...)

The pumpkin seed green tea coconut is a taste from heaven.. however, the consistency and texture of the pumpkin behave very different than almond flour...

And the last one would be cardamom with mango cream filling, and some of this batch filled with chocolate ganache just to see which one taste better.. (I can’t be the good judge cause the both taste pretty good!)
